Since our founding in 1969, it has been Capstone’s mission to enhance our clients’ investments and create quality living and working environments. While at first glance this may seem to be a straightforward objective, in reality, it requires our ability to successfully manage the concerns of several competing interests.
As a third-party property manager, Capstone has two sets of customers, our clients and our residents. If our residents are satisfied and proud of their apartment home, we will be able to maximize rental income and thereby meet, or exceed, our client’s goals. Fortunately, because of highly professional and dedicated employees, Capstone has been extremely successful in servicing in both sets of customers and today we rank among the largest third-party management firms in the nation.
Also contributing to our success is the fact that Capstone neither owns, nor buys or sells investment real estate. Our only business is property management and we have no conflicts of interest with our clients or other real estate professionals. This distinguishes us from many competing firms and enables us to provide the personalized service each property deserves, without the distraction that ownership can cause.
